Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Supervised Private Practice Track
Mental Wealth Solutions, PLLC (MWS) is a boutique out-of-network therapy practice serving professionals in law, finance, tech, and creative industries across New York. We provide evidence-based, skills-focused care to ambitious clients who want to improve their well-being, manage stress, and thrive in high-demand careers.
We are seeking an LMSW who is ready to build their own practice within a supportive structure. This is not a traditional employee role—it’s an opportunity to grow equity in yourself while receiving supervision, mentorship, and infrastructure from an established private practice.
What We Offer
– Supervision & Mentorship: Weekly clinical supervision with our LCSW founder, designed not just to meet requirements but to prepare you to run your own practice.
– Pathway to Independence: Once you obtain your LCSW, you’ll have the knowledge, caseload, and systems to launch fully independently if you choose—MWS will actively support your transition.
– Compensation Model: Fee-for-service structure where clinicians retain 100% of all fees billed above the standard rate.
– Caseload Flexibility:
• Minimum: 5 sessions per week.
• After one year with consistent caseload (10+ sessions/week), you’ll receive CEU and licensure exam support.
– Malpractice Insurance: Covered under the practice’s PLLC policy.
– Telehealth Only: Fully remote within New York State. Secure EMR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform provided.
Expectations
– Maintain a consistent caseload of 5–10+ clients per week.
– Deliver evidence-based, skills-oriented therapy (CBT, ACT, MI, mindfulness).
– Timely documentation in the practice’s secure EMR.
– Uphold professional, ethical, and compliance standards.
– Reliable, secure internet and private workspace required.
Requirements

– Current New York State LMSW license (no limited permits).
– Ability to work fully remote within New York State.
– Commitment to professional growth and long-term licensure goals.
– Successful completion of background check.
Location & Schedule – Remote / Telehealth Only. – Flexible scheduling: set your own hours, including evenings and weekends if desired.
