Mental Wealth Solutions, Inc. is the company behind the apps.

It is the corporate entity that owns and operates the software: the four applications on the apps page, and Couch Commons. It is not a clinical practice, it does not treat anyone, and it is not the entity you would see for care.

What the company owns

Four applications share one architecture. Their statuses were last checked , and the apps page records how each status was established.

The clinical practice is a separate entity

Clinical care is provided by Matthew Sexton LCSW PLLC, a separate professional corporation. It has its own site, its own records and its own responsibilities; this company does not deliver care and does not hold the practice's clinical record. Visit the practice.

How we talk about security and status

The platform is HIPAA-eligible. It is not described as HIPAA compliant, because compliance is a property of how a system is configured and operated, not a badge software carries. The SOC 2 examination is in progress — not certified, and it will not be called certified before a report exists.

The Business Associate Agreement is published in full, subprocessor table included, so the sub-processing chain can be read rather than taken on trust. Where an application has no deployed surface, the apps page says in development rather than implying otherwise.
