CONTENT CREATOR

Content Creator turns your real voice into shippable content — long-form posts, social, email, and landing pages — written in language your audience trusts and structured for both human readers and AI answer engines. We start with a voice audit, then ship a calendar of work that sounds like you, not like a generic agency.

Who it's for

Built for operators who don't have a marketing team.

  • Clinicians and coaches who already publish but the work does not sound like them.
  • Founders who need to be visible weekly without becoming full-time creators.
  • Practice owners building a referral and search footprint through long-form and social.
What ships

Concrete artifacts. No slide-deck strategy.

Voice audit

A line-by-line read of your existing best content — articles, social, voice memos, transcripts — surfacing the words, cadence, and ideas that are unmistakably yours.

Voice guide

A working document — vocabulary, banned phrases, sentence patterns, signature openers and closers — that any writer or AI assistant can follow.

Platform briefs

A per-platform brief covering long-form, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and email — what to post, what to skip, and what each platform rewards in your category.

Drafts in your voice

A monthly cadence of drafts — long-form posts, social threads, and email — drafted to match your voice guide and ready for review and ship.

SEO + AEO structure

Each long-form draft ships with the H-tag structure, internal links, schema, and speakable selectors that earn citations from Google and AI answer engines.

Edit memo per draft

A short memo with each draft explaining the editorial choices — what was kept, what was cut, and why — so you stay in control of your voice as the work scales.

How it gets built

A four-step working method.

  1. Voice intake

You send three to five pieces you consider unmistakably you — a post, a voice memo, a recorded talk, a long email. We read everything before the first call.

  2. Voice guide draft

Inside seven business days you receive a draft voice guide and a sample post written to it. We refine on a call until your read is "yes, that is me."

  3. Monthly cadence

A monthly content slate is set — long-form count, social count, email count — and drafts begin landing on a recurring calendar.

  4. Quarterly recalibration

Every quarter we review what shipped, what performed, and what felt off — and adjust the voice guide and platform briefs so the work keeps getting more accurate as you evolve.

Questions answered

Frequently asked.

Do you use AI to write the drafts?
Yes — AI assists draft generation, but every piece is edited by hand against your voice guide before it ships. The voice guide is the constraint that makes AI usable instead of generic. Without it, AI produces noise.
Will my drafts be flagged as AI-written?
Drafts that pass through the voice-guide edit pass typically read as human-written because the guide preserves your distinctive cadence, vocabulary, and structure. We do not optimize for AI-detector evasion; we optimize for the work sounding like you.
Can you publish on my behalf?
We can hand-off drafts to a publishing tool or your team, and we can schedule social via the Social Content engagement. Most clinical clients prefer to keep final publish authority because of compliance and voice review needs.
What categories do you cover?
Behavioral health, healthcare, clinical SaaS, transplant and chronic illness, coaching, and founder economics. We do not take work in categories we cannot read with informed judgment — finance, defense, crypto, gambling.
What about compliance?
Every draft is reviewed against the marketing-claim and PHI rules that apply to your practice or product. We never put PHI in drafts. Clinical claims are sourced to primary literature when made.
