Mental Wealth Solutions operates five white-label patient navigation platforms, each tuned to a population the system keeps missing. HealthcareCheck (FQHC and CCBHC), TransplantCheck (ESRD psychosocial readiness), CoachesCheck (coach client engagement), EAPCheck (Employee Assistance utilization), and VeteranCheck (veteran navigation) all run on the same HIPAA-architected core with executed BAAs and FHIR R4 endpoints.

How to engage

Three steps to a live tenant.

  1. 1
    Choose a vertical.

Identify which platform fits the population: HealthcareCheck (FQHC/CCBHC), TransplantCheck (transplant/ESRD), CoachesCheck (coaching), EAPCheck (employers), or VeteranCheck (veteran services).

  2. 2
    Book a 30-minute discovery call.

The call covers technical fit, BAA execution, and tenant timeline.

  3. 3
    Onboard your tenant.

After contract execution and BAA signing, the tenant is provisioned within 48 hours for HealthcareCheck or per the agreed integration timeline for the others.

Common questions

  1. 01 Can a single buyer run more than one vertical?

Yes. Multi-vertical tenants are common — most FQHCs we serve also stand up HealthcareCheck + a TransplantCheck pilot for the dialysis program down the street.

  2. 02 Is the codebase truly shared?

Yes — the patent-pending companion architecture is the shared core. Per-vertical logic is layered on top.

  3. 03 Where does the patient experience live?

On app..org (or .app, for VeteranCheck). The marketing root is zero-PHI by architecture.
