SOCIAL CONTENT

Social Content is the strategy, drafting, and scheduling layer for clinicians and healthcare brands building owned audience on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Threads. We define what to post per platform, draft to your voice guide, schedule through a real scheduling platform, and report weekly on what worked.

Who it's for

Built for operators who don't have a marketing team.

  • Clinicians and coaches building professional audience on LinkedIn.
  • Healthcare founders posting daily without a clear engagement pattern.
  • Practice owners using Instagram or Threads for patient education and trust-building.
What ships

Concrete artifacts. No slide-deck strategy.

Audience + platform fit

A short brief naming the two platforms where your audience actually shows up, the formats that earn engagement there, and the formats that waste effort.

Per-platform content brief

For each priority platform — LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, BlueSky as warranted — a brief covering cadence, format mix, hashtag policy, and engagement protocols.

Drafted social posts

A weekly or daily cadence of drafted posts — original, repurposed, and threaded — written to your voice guide and ready for review.

Scheduling + publishing

Posts scheduled through a real scheduling platform with cross-post handling, optimal time-of-day, and image-and-link discipline.

Engagement protocols

A protocol for comment replies, DM triage, and engagement on other people's posts that compounds reach without becoming a full-time job.

Weekly performance report

A short weekly report — what earned engagement, what fell flat, and what to do next — landed in your inbox or working channel.

How it gets built

A four-step working method.

  1. Audit + platform fit

A two-week audit of your existing social footprint, the platforms where your audience actually engages, and the formats that already work for you.

  2. Voice + brief alignment

A voice-and-platform working session, then per-platform briefs and the first week of drafts landed inside ten business days.

  3. Recurring cadence

Drafts, scheduling, engagement, and weekly reports on a recurring cadence — usually monthly retainer with quarterly recalibration.

  4. Quarterly review

A quarterly review covering audience growth, engagement quality, lead conversion, and whether the platform mix still fits — with adjustments handed back to the brief.

Questions answered

Frequently asked.

Will you post on my behalf or do I publish myself?
Either model works. Most clinical clients prefer review-then-publish for compliance reasons; we draft, you approve, the scheduler publishes. Brand and founder accounts often prefer drafted-and-scheduled with quarterly review.
Do you handle DMs?
We triage DMs against an inbound protocol — what is sales, what is a media or partner inquiry, what is a peer question, what needs a clinical answer — and route accordingly. We do not respond clinically on your behalf.
Is this just LinkedIn?
No. LinkedIn is the most common single platform for clinical and founder audiences, but the engagement covers X, Instagram, Threads, and BlueSky where the audience fit warrants it. We do not encourage spreading thin across every platform.
What about engagement pods and growth hacks?
We do not use engagement pods, comment rings, or content farms. The engagement is built around content that earns real attention and engagement protocols that respect the audience.
What if a post lands wrong?
Every brief includes a delete-and-replace protocol — when to leave a misfire up, when to delete, when to acknowledge it. Misfires are part of the work; the protocol just keeps them from becoming larger problems.
