VeteranCheck
In plain English

VeteranCheck is Mental Wealth Solutions' navigation platform for organizations that serve veterans. The VA, VSOs, and community partners already fund a deep benefits and care graph — what's missing is the surfacing layer that connects an individual veteran to the right resource at the right moment. VeteranCheck is that layer, white-labeled for VSOs and provider networks.

The problem

The benefits exist.

Veterans qualify for benefits they never use. VSOs hold the institutional knowledge but lack the tooling to deliver it at scale. County veteran service officers carry the same caseload they did twenty years ago with a binder. The veteran is the one who has to navigate it — and many don't.

How it closes the loop

Surface the graph.

  • Veteran-facing navigation tuned to the population the deploying organization serves.
  • Closed-loop referral into VA benefits, community care, and VSO services.
  • White-labeled to the VSO, county office, or provider network.
  • Clinical backstop available where appropriate.
Who it's for

The organizations already doing this work.

Veteran Service Organizations. County veteran service offices. Community providers in VA contractor networks. Veteran-focused nonprofits.

How it deploys

Pilot. Then scale.

VeteranCheck is in build. Pilots are scoped on a 30-minute call. Deployments follow the same five-step path as HealthcareCheck once the pilot is signed.

Proof

Built by people who worked the contractor side.

  • BAA executed.
  • Founder has worked inside VA contractor settings — the workflow is familiar.
  • Patent-pending architecture.
  • FHIR R4 where the partner system supports it.

Common questions

  1. 01 Is VeteranCheck a VA contract?

No. VeteranCheck is built by an MWS Inc. team that has worked inside VA contractor settings. It is independent infrastructure for veteran-serving organizations.

  2. 02 Is it for individual veterans or organizations?

Both. The white-label deployment serves Veteran Service Organizations, county veteran service offices, and community providers. A direct-to-veteran surface is on the roadmap.

  3. 03 When is it generally available?

VeteranCheck is in build. Reach out for a fit conversation and we will scope a pilot.
